These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern use of the Clutch platform and the contractual relationship between Clutch (the “Publisher”) and its professional customers (the “Customer”). Clutch provides a SaaS service for managing and organizing esports tournaments and registrations for gaming competition organizers.
Free-entry tournaments can be created on Free. An Event Pass costs €19 and includes CSV exports and up to 5 event staff invitees for one free-entry or paid-entry tournament. It also unlocks paid-entry publication. Existing paid Passes receive these tools. Staff access covers check-in and match tracking, not organization administration. Pro costs €49 per month and includes unlimited paid-entry tournaments while the subscription is active. Already published tournaments retain access after cancellation. ClutchBooking operates under the Belgian small-enterprise VAT exemption scheme. Any applicable foreign taxes and the total are shown at checkout. Annual billing is also available at the price shown before purchase.
Clutch may change its prices. Any change will be communicated with 30 days’ notice and will take effect at the next subscription renewal.
Payments for the Event Pass and Pro subscription are handled through Stripe. The Customer authorizes automatic collection according to the selected billing period. If a payment fails, Clutch may suspend access to the service after notifying the Customer.
The organizer collects entry fees and pays prizes directly, using its own arrangements. Clutch does not collect, hold, verify or distribute these funds and charges no commission on these new registrations. Registration on Clutch does not prove payment to the organizer. Historical transactions remain subject to the terms applicable when they were made.
Under Belgian law, digital services begin as soon as the Customer subscribes and gives consent. The Customer may cancel a subscription at any time from the administration area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is issued except where required by law.
Each organizer defines the cancellation terms for its tournament registrations. Clutch acts as a technical intermediary and is not responsible for an organizer’s own cancellation policy.
Clutch undertakes to provide an available and functional service. Clutch cannot, however, be held liable for interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, failures of third-party services such as Stripe or the hosting provider, or force majeure. Clutch’s liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Customer during the previous 12 months.
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy. Clutch acts as a processor for the Customer’s end-customer data in accordance with the GDPR.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
